New Flash Game!

Flash games are awesome, and if you love strategy, you will love Warfare 1944. It is not just a shoot'em up game, and it takes quite a bit of strategy just to get through a couple of levels. You are in charge as a commander of a squad, and you have to strategically send in units. That's not all, you have to command them in the field of battle. Here is the game:

The main control is the mouse, so it helps to not be using a track pad. Have fun!

Hulu

Who doesn't like free TV? Hulu is a great site where you can find new releases on TV and stream them for free, with only about 30 seconds to 1 minute of adds.

 It is well organized, and you can even watch HD. This may sound good to be true, but it is not. It is perfectly legal, because it was founded by the networks whose shows are on Hulu. You can even subscribe to shows to get updates on when new episodes of your favorite shows come out.

Flash Game- Flight

Flight is a fun game that is centered around trying to throw an airplane as far as you can go. After your plane lands each time, you get money for how far it goes and other factors that can be used on purchasing ridiculous upgrades like rocket boosters or steering. Here is the game:



Use the mouse to pick up and throw the plane.

P: Pause.
Arrow Keys / A and D: Turn the plane.
Spacebar: Use the Engine.
R: Activate "Rainbow Stars."
(Some of these abilities require upgrades)

Explosions!

Explosions are always fun, but not all are created equal. Here is the ultimate guide to the typed of explosives.

ANFO: High power, but slow. This is a powerful blast that usually looks more like a giant dust cloud than a fiery explosion.

Skip ahead to 1:00

C4: This is very similar to ANFO, but it is a much faster explosive. This is widely used by the United States army because of it's stability. It takes a blasting cap to explode, and shock or fire won't do a thing to it. A cool thing about C4 is that it burns well without exploding.

TNT: Fast, loud, and looks great. TNT is a fast explosion, but it doesn't have the best pushing power.

Gun Powder: Gun powder is cheap, easy to make, and only explodes if it is compacted. This makes gun powder a great candidate for guns (obviously) and for old timey explosions.

Gasoline: A huge fireball with very little power. This is what Hollywood loves. It looks great, but is not a safety issue when it comes to the actual blast. It is a fire hazard though.

Dry Ice: Nothing but dry ice and water in a sealed container. Anyone can make one, but because they are extremely unpredictable, they are very dangerous.

Online Videos 101

If you are ever bored, and just want to kill time streaming videos, your first reaction is to probably go to Youtube. This is a bad idea. Youtube is a good tool for finding specific videos that maybe your friends have told you about, but it can take just about forever to find one that is truly amazing or hilarious.

Skip sifting through Youtube. Go to Wimp. Wimp is a site that hand picks hilarious, and awesome videos from the web, and lets you stream them right on their site. They post on average 6 videos a day, and videos from previous days are extremely easy to navigate through and view videos from previous days. Check it out!
